Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

6. Are shipping charges refundable?
No. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for the product value (if eligible).
7. Can I return a used product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
